YUNENG Held 2017 Annual Quality Communication Meeting

      In order to improve the product quality and enhance the customer satisfaction, on February 24, our company held the 2017 quality communication meeting in the multimedia room. The leaders of the company, President Mr. Xiao, General Manager Mr. Liu, the after-sales service department, the technical department, the research and development department, the production department, quality control department key staff attended the meeting.

      The meeting reviewed the 2017 annual after-sales service equipment commissioning, maintenance, customer feedback about product quality problems and the service condition, technology, technology and materials quality issues refer to production; relevant departments reported the quality problems rectification and implementation as well as the rectification and reform of the proposed rectification plan requirements.

      At the end of the conference, Mr. Xiao emphasized that innovation determines how far a company can fly, quality determines how far a company can go, quality is the foundation of the brand, and we must insist on doing a good job of product quality and continuously improve quality so as to move stable and far.

      At the same time, Mr. Xiao always put forward requirements for the work of the relevant departments:

      1. To strengthen quality management, we must insist on working according to the principle, intensifying non-compliance with laws and penalties

      2. Communicating in time and accurately giving feedback on quality issues, customer opinions and suggestions

      3. Understanding product and design, master and use of the latest standards

      4. Advancing with the times, learning to learn, improve job skills and problem solving skills.
